The city is home to several provincial parks, including the Mission Creek Regional Park. Many of the parks include walking and biking paths. They are also dog-friendly. Another place to visit in Kelowna is the Big White Ski Resort. Located just an hour’s drive from the city center, this ski resort is a great place to spend a day. It offers runs for every level. During the winter, you can snowboard, ski, snowshoe and ice fish.
